Mirvac LIV is a build-to-rent residential offering designed to provide a premium, community-focused living experience. As part of the LIV residence in Homebush, Sydney, the mobile app was created to support residents in managing their day-to-day life within the building, from booking shared amenities such as the gym, theatre, and BBQ spaces, to requesting on-site maintenance and receiving notifications when mail or packages arrive. The key challenge was designing a product that residents would rely on regularly, while feeling intuitive, unobtrusive, and genuinely helpful.

I worked closely with the Mirvac team on the end-to-end product design of the app, grounding decisions in extensive product research and user testing with residents of the building. The app was structured around clear functional pillars; amenities, maintenance, and deliveries, with wireframes used to explore and validate flows before moving into high-fidelity design. A strong focus was placed on clarity, speed, and ease of use, ensuring residents could complete common tasks in just a few taps, often while on the move or between daily activities.
